Orders

  • Customers are responsable for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • *Please double check if the address and email is correct before placing your order.
  • After order is placed changes cannot be done.
  • Orders can take up to 3 business days to fulfill.
  • If the wrong address is enter at checkout, package will be sent back to us due to insufficient address, Customer are responsable for extra Shipping Fees to resend the package to the correct address.
  • TRUBARBER is not responsible for unfortunate events such a misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances the Postal Service given with your tracking confirmation via email is responsible for any of all mail delivery.
  • We recommend that you select "Signature Required" or "Shipping with Insurance" when placing your order, to ensure that your package is more secure if get damaged, lost or stolen.
  • TRUBARBER will not replace or refund any order if at the time of check out standard shipping is selected ($3.00). 
  • All claims such as open cases for package are through the USPS and can take up to 3-5 business days to review and take further actions to resolve the case, until then we hope you wait with patience as we help and work with them.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day (Monday).
  • TRUBARBER is not responsable for packages delivered to wrong or invalid addresses.
  • WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY, Please contact your local Post USPS Office for further directions.
  • Orders are generally received within 5-7 business days after fulfilled (Monday-Friday).
  • Delivery may change during Holidays.

International Shipping

  • Delivery dates varies depending on the location.
  • Orders are generally received within 20-28 business days.
  • Duties and Taxes are determinate by the custom agency within the destination Country.
  • Payment of any duties and taxes is responsibility to the recipient. For more information please contact the your local Custom Office.

Returns/Refunds

  • We do NOT issue REFUNDS due to weather, stolen, lost packages, damage or carrier delays.
  • We  do not accept any returns; refunds  unless the product is defective or/and in the rare cases mis-packed.

Sales/Discount Code

  • All discount code must be entered at the time of checkout.
  • Once the order is finalized, our system don't allow us to make any changes or apply discount.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.
